Ini karena AC bekerja lebih keras untuk mendinginkan suhu ruangan sesuai keinginan pemilik.<\/p>\n<h2>Prinsip Kerja AC<\/h2>\n<p>Untuk bisa memahami mengapa konsumsi energi listrik AC makin besar, pertama kita harus memahami prinsip kerja dari AC. AC bekerja dengan menggunakan hukum termodinamika, yaitu dengan mentransfer panas dari dalam ruangan ke luar agar suhu di dalam ruangan bisa turun.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika AC dinyalakan, ada komponen di dalamnya yang disebut kompresor akan mengubah freon dari gas menjadi cairan bertekanan tinggi dan panas. Cairan dingin ini kemudian akan melewati serangkaian coil dan terjadi penukaran panas, mendinginkan udara sekitar.<\/p>\n<h2>Hubungan Suhu dan Konsumsi Energi Listrik AC<\/h2>\n<p>Semakin rendah suhu yang diinginkan, kompresor AC harus bekerja lebih keras untuk mencapai suhu tersebut.
